Three lines of support

Our specialists are divided into three lines to ensure continuous support and immediate response to incidents:

  • L1 – operates 24 hours a day, responsible for continuous monitoring of infrastructure.  L1 registers incidents in the notification system and performs a preliminary diagnosis of the problem.
  • L2 – a team of highly skilled engineers, with the certifications to prove it. L2 verifies the problem and repairs any defects.
  • L3 – a team of experienced architects and consultants. L3 provides advice on architecture extensions, suggests optimizations, and leads implementations.
