Service Desk
Our team works 24/7, analyzing alerts from the monitoring system and serving as a single point of contact for customers to report problems.
We accept all reports and resolve issues based on our operating procedures.
Complex problems are referred to the appropriate support group.
We supervise the report handling process in accordance with the agreed SLA.

Substantive support
Technical consultations are handled by certified and experienced engineers.
We provide support with infrastructure changes, upgrades, device configuration and selecting the right equipment that meets your business needs (bills of materials).
We design and implement new network and system infrastructure.

On-site repair
We replace defective equipment in accordance with the agreed SLA.
With a nationwide team of engineers, we can intervene on-site within 4 hours of a notification.
We operate 24/7.
