DATA PROTECTION POLICY (GDPR)

Dear User,

In fulfillment of our obligations under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR), we inform you that the following entities will jointly be the controllers of the personal data provided by you:

Hereinafter referred to collectively as the Joint Data Controllers.

As part of the joint controllership agreement concluded between the Joint Data Controllers, their respective scopes of responsibility for the implementation of the obligations under the GDPR was agreed. “Trecom Spółka Akcyjna” Sp. k. is responsible for the obligation to inform you as a data subject.

In addition, we inform you that:

• Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of commercial and marketing activities, and that the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, where the legitimate purpose is to conduct business activities.
• The following persons/entities may receive your personal data:
  • persons authorized by the Joint Data Controllers – employees and associates of the Joint Data Controllers who need to access personal data in order to carry out their duties,
  • entities that process data on behalf of the Joint Data Controllers in order to perform the Joint Data Controllers’ obligations, in particular, providers of external systems that support the Joint Data Controllers’ operations,
  • partners (contractors) in our business relationship,
  • authorized public authorities, including supervisory authorities, within the scope of their respective powers,
  • other data recipients, e.g., the postal service, courier services, banks, accounting offices, law firms.
• Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of their processing, and thereafter for the period resulting from the statute of limitations for any claims in connection with your consent.
• You have the right to access the content of your personal data, to request its rectification, erasure, or the restriction of its processing, and to object to its processing, as well as the right to portability of your data.
• If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
• The provision of your personal data is voluntary.
• Decisions regarding the fulfillment of the purpose for which you provided your personal data will not be made by automated means (i.e., Trecom’s IT systems will not automatically analyze your personal data or make any decisions regarding your person).
