We accept all reports and resolve issues based on our operating procedures.

Complex problems are referred to the appropriate support group.

We supervise the report handling process in accordance with the agreed SLA.

Technical consultations are handled by certified and experienced engineers.

We provide support with infrastructure changes, upgrades, device configuration and selecting the right equipment that meets your business needs (bills of materials).

As part of our contract, we provide 24/7/365 on-site maintenance (with SLA ranging from 6 to 72 hours for different services) for all IT devices installed in the restaurant (each restaurant has about 200 devices), as well as numerous project services.
